Oron Catts, Artistic Director of Symbiotica has rigorously worked on developing a unique laboratory/artistic residency and educational program for artists engaged in “wet-ware” practices. Oron, can you describe the ways in which artists, who may or may not have had experience in “wet-ware” media begin to develop his/her project? What guidelines or teaching tools or workshops are offered to aid the laboratory novice reach his/her artistic goals. How does your residency program work?
